a new year... What will it bring to yachting and yacht sales?

The last year hasn't been the best year in terms of economy and finance. The last few months however, clear signs of economic recovery are surfacing. At Tulip Yachts we have seen a sharp increase in interest in our yachts, and, for instance, yacht brokers in the UK are reporting better than expected sales.
Analysts predict that prices of used yachts, which have tumbled by tenths of percents, will stabilize. We are already seeing that.
As the economic growth will probably be very slow the next few years, and financing will still be a little difficult, we don't expect prices to rise much in 2010. There will be some "postponed demand", which will get the market going again, albeit at a much lower (and realistic?) pricing level.Take a good look at our listing, and find the yacht you are looking for, right now, at the right price!
